Everson, Huber & Associates, LC was established in January 1995. The principal and associates perform appraisal and consulting services throughout the southeastern United States on virtually all types of commercial real estate. We are committed to providing quality service in a dependable and timely manner at a competitive fee.
We focus on thorough research and analysis of the subject property and the most current comparable data to produce a well-supported and well-documented valuation conclusion. To assist us in accomplishing this task, we subscribe to commercial data sources and maintain excellent contacts within the real estate community. Each assignment maintains confidentiality. The basic purpose of an appraisal or consultation is to enable the client to make a knowledgeable real estate decision. Appraisals and consultations will be prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct of the Appraisal Institute. In addition, they will be prepared in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) of the Appraisal Foundation. We understand that each organization has its own unique requirements. Therefore, every effort will be made to adhere to your individual organization's policies and guidelines.
We provide narrative appraisal reports in comprehensive, summary and restricted formats. Additionally, we can provide a wide array of consulting services. Each commercial appraiser possesses a thorough working knowledge of Word, Excel, Argus, and other software packages. We welcome the opportunity to assist you with valuation services.
